Choosing a builder is easy. What's not so easy is choosing the right one!

The best advice we can offer you is to make sure that your builder is trade qualified.

Certified Builders are thorough trade professionals, who have satisfied strict criteria to become members of our association.

They all carry a special Certified Builder's identity card. ask to see it. (If a builder can't show you this card, it's very likely he's not one of us. You can easily check our membership list by clicking here.)

The Certified Builder you choose should be someone you will feel totally comfortable with - after all, he's going to be working for you for quite some time. You should always ask for references - if you can, it's a good idea to visit other jobs he's done which are similar to yours. That way, you'll satisfy yourself as to the quality of his work.
